The "Le Flair" district of Düsseldorf-Derendorf is an excellent example of successful waste recycling. The area of the former goods square has been transformed into a fashionable residential district. Now the district is an eye-catcher - the so-called Petit Carré.

It is a seven-storey residential and service building with 59 apartments, each with an area of 25 to 60 m², and 270 m² of commercial premises. The apartments are designed with facilities for the disabled.

Petit Carré impresses with its high-quality architecture. From the outside, the bay windows are framed by green lacquered aluminum surfaces.
