Modern architecture is built on light, space, and harmony. In this project, large-format glazing plays a key role, seamlessly connecting the interior of the home with the surrounding garden and outdoor living area.

The building features the Schüco AWS 75 aluminium window system, which provides excellent thermal insulation, outstanding structural stability, and a minimalist design with slim sightlines. The expansive glass surfaces maximize natural daylight, enhancing the building's contemporary character.

Direct access to the terrace is provided by the Schüco ASE 80 HST lift-and-slide system, allowing effortless operation of even very large glazed elements. Smooth operation, outstanding airtightness, and the seamless transition between the living space and the terrace give the home a new level of comfort and functionality.
