Three-chamber system for building external doors, windows and different types of display windows. The thermal insulation plate used in the profile with thickness of 24 mm is made of fiberglass-enriched polyamide which greatly improves the mechanical resistance of the internal and external chamber of the profile. The insulation plate is additionally fitted with a Coex insulation string during the firing process of the powder coated profiles, which creates a reliable vapor barrier film and offers excellent insulation. IMPERIAL door profiles feature a heat transfer coefficient U value of 2,2÷2,3 W/m2K, which classifies them as material group 2.1 as per the DIN 4108 standard. The parameters: high profile thickness: 65 mm (door frames, window frames, mullions, door leaves) and 74 mm (wing sash) as well as wall thickness of 1.7÷2.0 mm makes for a rigid, stable profile allowing to install doors with the following maximum parameters: width 1300 mm – with maximum height 2200 mm, width 1200 mm – with maximum height 2400 mm.
